It’s the same as you can buy from boots and apply yourself. Damaging to your lashes and used by inexperienced lash technicians. Pre fanned lashes are already glued, adding more glue makes them very heavy on the natural lash. Russian volume is a skill, the fans ‘wrap’ around the natural lash. I find it disturbing that new technicians who want quick money are offering this!
